Pusat Insani - a multipurpose hall sponsored by Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn. Bhd located opposite OGDC....construction will start in 2009 and expected to be completed in 2010.

The Multipurpose Hall consists of :
- a hall that can accommodate about 1500 people
- an education centre
- shops, etcs

Bowling alley and Cineplex will be located next to the Multipurpose Hall and connected to OGDC via a walk way...
