Making Fish Pie

Did I mentioned that I'm on leave till next year....the much anticipated leave! havent taken my leave for ages and the longest time I ever been out of work is when I was hospitalise for a week and medical leave for at another 2 weeks...

Havent been doin' much since 'out of work' ...kinda' enjoy myself goin' to Bukit Shahbandar, working out at the gym, jogging, shopping...etc and it does feel good to be free....hahahahahahah

Today, I'm in the mood of baking Fish pie..how difficult can it get! Did baked shepherd pie couple of days ago..so this time I'm trying my skills in making the fish pie...found a recipe in the internet but as usual did modification on the recipe...to make it more 'local' ie cita rasa brunei ler....

simmer fish fillet in milk....and add parsley, black pepper, etc..its not in the recipe ...antam saja ler...just wanted to get rid of the fishy smell....dont really bother to follow the recipe..heeheh

arranged in layers the fish fillet, crab meat, prawn, and boil eggs...it dont have to look nice...cos' we goin' to eat it anywhere....

pour in the white sauce or the parsley sauce on the seafood mix...then top it with mashed potatoes (prepare earlier)....and sprinkle lots of cheese

baked...it roughly for 25mins...

viola!....masak tia udah...

one of my dream car...need to sell lots of fish pie to buy the new porsche Panamera

Fantastic ! haven't seen this dish before with eggs as well, so am going to make it for Valentines dinner tonight....
