Jogging at the beach does one's good physically & mentally. Now, I'm addicted to it, try to do it twice in a week. The downside is I am easily distracted by the beautiful sunset..as usual being a photographer (alum pro. lagi lah nor an amateur) will get whatever opportunity to take a good shot of the surrounding.
Really have to varied my exercises. My weekly routine activities:
Monday: Pilates
Tuesday: jogging at the Beach
Wednesday: jogging at Komplex Sukan Mumong.
Thursday: Swimming
Friday: Jogging at the Beach
Saturday: Shahbandar
