Wedding of the year

Note to myself. 11.30am. The of wedding of Mohd. Fadzli Hj. Mohd Deli & Hjh Siti Farhana Hj. Mohd Bayzuie.

This is my first time attending a wedding this year...do received lots of invitations but due to work commitment have to declined. As the bride's house is just a stone throw away decided to datang aje...and few other reasons..ehheeh

Really impressed with the tents...remind of a celebrity wedding. Well! its very similar anywhere...!!! with stage performance and lucky draws...

The tents can accommodate more that 1000 guests....love the set-up especially the 'pelamin' decorated with about 3000 roses imported from KL...

Before the arrival of the bride...guests were entertained by the traditional dance troupe.
Some one asked me...if this is the typical Bruneian wedding...I said no...this is something different and its up to the family to tailor made their wedding ceremony but off course certain customs & tradition need to be followed...

The MC from KL...sharifah...something forget her full name..I'm not that well verse with all these artist. I was told she was the host of Raja Lawak..a reality TV show for ASTRO..

The arrival of the bride accompanied 'pengiring-pengiring'...carrying some sort of umbrella...hahahah

The arrival of the groom accompanied by families. What interesting about Brunei's wedding (only those that can afford)..the family of either the bride or groom tend to wear the same colour..its just like a name tag...guests will be able to identified family members or in other word committee members...

In this case...the family of the bride is wearing 'pink' while the family of groom is wearing 'maroon'
