Day 1: OGDC Discovery Camp

OGDC Discovery Camp : 6 - 9 December 2007

For 4 gruesome days the camp now come to a closed. The closing ceremony was officially closed by Iskandar Hj. Alias (aka. your greatness) for certificates and prizes presentation to the best campers and potential leaders.

Note: Now its time for me to take a short break before next week Motivational Camp.

The camp was successfully organised (may be one of our best camp ever), to be exact 113 participants (70 boys and 43 girls). Usually we only limit participation to 60 due to logistic and technical difficulties. But due to overwhelming response we increase the participation to 120.

OGDC camp is quite unique, we emphasie more on science & technology educations in our activities but not neglecting skills such as leadership, teamwork etc. This year the team decided to seek the support of Datalish Adventure to organised team building activities. Thanks to Uncle Max for able to support us even though a last minute change of the venue from Sg. Liang to Pantai Muara.
