....Ah! another day in my world..... Today's programme is part of OGDC effort in equipping our precious people with the right knowledge & skills in preparing them for OGDC future activities & events - at the same time a knowledge that will enable them to help others in need.
Our appreciation to Bomba Shell & our beautiful nurses who have dedicated their precious time organising these workshops as well as sharing their knowledge and experience.

The programmes includes;
- Phyical fitness exercise
-Theory of several type of fire extinguisher and how to use them
- Practical exercise, learning how to use fire extinguisher
- Search & Rescue, learn how to rescue casualty in a smoke filled house
- Basic first aid
