.....this morning saw the opening ceremony for Health Zone Exhibition by Dr. Grahaem Henderson- Managing Director, Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn. Bhd. The exhibition was organised by Panaga Health Centre in partnership with OGDC with the objective to promote awareness on healthy living thro' healhty eating....One would say...healthy body healthy mind..
The exhibition provide opportunity for visitors to find out for themselves food that you should eat more and food that you should eat less...or none at all..eheheh. The interesting bit of the exhibition is that you'll find out if you are 'fat' heeheheheh, obese or just right.. and dont think if you are skinny you are fit and healthy....
