Year after year...we all started the new year with a new resolution, a resolution that will 'motivate' us to achieve our wish ....hopefully, the resolution will not end half way...

5. Berbakti kepada negara & masyarakat
6. Good & healthy life
7. Improve myself (quality of life) in every aspects
8. Mendapat keredhan Allah
9. Sembahyang 5 waktu in time (and inda tinggal)
10. Menjaga percakapan & perbuatan
11. Think positively - there's a rahmat disebalik ke susahan
12. Develop & nurtured others untuk menjadi insan-insan yang berwibawa & berilmu
13. Jadi jutawan dari segi ilmu pengetahuan & wang ringgit
14. Be environmentalist
15. Marriage...heheehheehh

For the past few weeks been working hard to get back in shape...with the dawn of a new era 2009, promised myself to exercise regularly ... dont think I want to be hospitalise again!
I used to be a fanatic body builder...working out 5 days a week and controlling my foods intake..lost every things ever since spending most of my time working 24-7...a very good advised from close friends "if you are sick the company wont care for you...no matter how much time & energy working.. your butt at it...(which is entirely true).
I would look nice with a hair style like this...hahahahahahahhaha a definite 'knocker' with top management
