OGDC celebrates chinese New Year with an awesome lion dance performance from the Foo Chow Association, Kuala Belait. The last lion dance performance held at OGDC was 2 years back but then the weather was hot & sunny.
Fortunately today, the performance was held inside the Gallery protected from the notorious heavy downpour. The crowd was not as huge as before, I guest they are turnoff by the heavy rain. The performances does bring smiles despite the gloomy weather.....

I was told it is customary for the lions to greet another lions (ps. we do have 2 lions that are on display which are on loan from Chung Ching Middle School, Seria)
Love to see the face of the toddler...either he's shock to see me or tekajutan because the sound of the drum...

this move is not for the faint hearted...
