Yesterday saw the starts of a 3 days ( 13 - 15 March 2009) carnival at Komplex Sukan Mumong organised by Belait District Youth & sports inconjunction with Jubli Perak Hari Kebangsaan dan Kutipan Dana Tabung Rakyat Palestin.
